REHEARSAL AND "DAY OF" COORDINATION
We will begin working with you approximately 2-3 months before the special day, once all vendors are contracted. We talk about the itinerary and create a comprehensive timeline for the wedding day and work with your vendors and venue to ensure that all of the logistical aspects of the event are coordinated, organized and all little details have been considered.
A coordinator will be present at your rehearsal to assure a smooth and effective rehearsal and then be present on your wedding day to make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time (from your family and your wedding party, to your vendors, to the limousine waiting to whisk you away to your honeymoon suite)! On the wedding day, leave the organizing to the Distinctly Desiney team and relax and celebrate with your new spouse.
